11 Months Old

One month until the big one year...WHAT??? I love it, but wow that went fast.

Our big development this month is the girls are both walking all over the place now. Crawling is still faster but they're getting more confident walking by the day.

We've been busy as usual, make sure you see the Halloween post after this one for more of our fun times.

One of their first meals sitting at the table - now we're doing breakfast, lunch, and both snacks like this.

At Mark and Laura's reception

Playing in the pillow sequence

Watertown visit

Spaghetti!

New hat from Nana and Papa - thanks!

Trying to walk up the stairs...no luck yet, had to resort to crawling

Halloween

So much Halloween fun! In the past three days I've taken 160 pictures. Whatever did parents do before digital cameras...

We had Halloween downtown and Halloween at the zoo, and costume wearing at home and at Nana and Papa's. Whew. Good times with our little ladybug (Signe) and dragon (Freya):

Red Panda - so cute

Porcu-pumpkin...my favorite :-)

More Autumn Fun

More backyard and playground play pictures. We got to go to brunch with Seth and Laura, the girls' godparents, last weekend, and had a lovely time. Daisy Cafe was accommodating and fun for the girls and relaxing for the adults.

We went to our very first library story time today and had a great time. We met our twin buddies Sophia and Betty (and their mom Janna) there. They were there first, and as I walked in, the librarians all gasped and said "more twins! wow!" I explained that it wasn't a coincidence. They weren't too disappointed I don't think.

Now we're just waiting for this rain to stop some day so we can play outside again...

Who could that be??

The wind was blowing the leaves around in a cyclone - Signe thought it was cool but didn't so much like the wind in her face

Chilling. I realized this is what both girls do when they're done playing outside. Just sit and chill on the stoop by the door. Convenient little buggers.

Nana time!

Good times on the playground

Signe playing with her favorite rock. Kurt said she'd been playing with it minutes ago, put it down to do something else, and then came back to it when I was there.
