We visited Kurt's family's cottage on the border of the UP for Memorial Day. It went really well! On the way up we just stopped once and had a bit of fussing towards the end, and on the way down they didn't have to get out once on the 5 hour drive. Thank you girls!! We had lots of fun with family up there and even got a bit of relaxing in since people could help us out with the girls. We didn't get to take them swimming in the lake but we did take them on a hike to some waterfalls - Signe in the Moby on me and Freya in the frame backpack on Papa Jack. It was really neat and I think they had a good time.

Another view - with a view out the windows of the lake
And them yesterday with gifts from Quinn and Halley - sadly we missed them by mere days/hours. They were in Green Bay while we were two hours north of them in Iron Mountain :-( Thanks for leaving the presents, it was a nice surprise upon coming home!
