20.5 Weeks - August 8 - We've Passed the Halfway Mark!

Just got back from New York today, thus the late weekly update. Knowing there are two cantaloupe-sized babies in there makes me understand the giant belly! I'm doing pretty well - my back is hurting more while I think my nerve pain is hurting a bit less? Hard to say because I make a very concerted effort to sit down whenever I possibly can. The back hurting part might be due to the moving and organizing and cleaning and blah... The babies are doing great: I can feel them moving so much now, every day, all over my belly! (weird but awesome) Kurt even felt a kick yesterday, after some trial and error.

I was in New York for Meg's wedding, which was absolutely beautiful and tons of fun even though I'm kinda lame. I did make it to midnight and danced a bunch, so I'm proud of myself!

Here's a picture of me dancing with my groomsman escort, Andrew. I don't have any pics showing my belly in the dress yet - my seamstress told me I looked like a giant pink puffball (but cute!) after the alterations. Which was true, no two ways about it.

Wish us luck at the anatomy ultrasound on Friday!
