And then we had our fun birthday party, where they played, cuddled, and generally were showered with love from all. They actually turn one in two days. Can. Not. Believe. It. What a year of ups and downs and laughs and tears and exhaustion and exhilaration. We have toddlers now and not babies. Wow!
Thank you to everyone out there who has done dishes, brought meals, given presents, cuddled babies, babysat, listened to joys and concerns, and just made us and the babies feel so loved and supported. We couldn't have done it without you.
Pretty in a scarf
Having fun at Aunt Kris and Uncle John's newly babyproofed house

She loved that little stuffed pumpkin in her right hand
They both LOVE the potato basket
Ooo found sweet potatoes even
They're probably still finding potatoes in odd corners
Dah-dah!
Mmm dessert from John
Yum yum. I think she ate about half of his dessert then he went back for just whipped cream so she could keep eating. Spoiled rotten ;-)
Nice dolly
Playing blocks with Pat
Eating Thanksgiving dinner, more successfully after we closed the doors and they stopped escaping with their turkey
Mmmmm dessert from Daddy
Loving the purse, tongue out
And in jammies for the ride home, so they could go right to sleep

Eating a fork with Great-Grandpa
Freya found some ribbons from a present
And showed them to her friend Charlie
And walked around shaking and shaking them. She was so happy flapping them.
Opening a present with Daddy
Oh no Signe got one of Freya's ribbons!
Showing off her cool new slippers
Ohhh what's in the box

Pat teaching Freya how to cheer with her "poms"
