Children's Museum

Four months after our first trip to the Children's museum and we're back for more.  What a difference it is going with 7 month old babies versus 10.5 month old babies! More than anything, now they can choose what to do and get to it themselves - no more bringing them around and deciding for them what to do. Makes a huge difference in their attention span. They had such fun crawling, cruising, walking, and discovering all the cool stuff. I'm planning on taking them at least once a week this fall/winter.

7 months:
Chilling in a bucket

10.5 months:
Signe crawled through the tunnel, flung most of the cloths out of the same bucket from above, and went on to other adventures

Playing the washboard

Couldn't get a non-blurry picture of Freya she was so excited and bouncy

 7 months:
Watching the fish

Hanging onto the rope with help

10.5 months:
Standing and looking in the mirror

Walking to and...

Climbing the stairs to the bubbler. She did climb up and down herself but I needed to spot and not take pictures :-)

And some more pictures from the Children's Museum and other fun times:

Tree climbing

Exploring the garden and communing with dear departed Rusty the dog

Big stick!

Leaf-back

Found a cool brick

Freya wants in

And she takes over

Now comes a ton of pictures from this view. So many cute ones, and the sequence is really fun

Wrestling

Baskets and baskets of blocks at the Children's Museum

Checking it all out

Drumming

Baby's first puzzles (of course Signe would be doing two puzzles at once)
