Standing and Outdoors Times

Freya is standing on her own! She stands for maybe 5 or 7 seconds and then plops to her butt. She's so proud of herself, and it's really amazing to watch.

We've been going going - lots of trips to the park, fun BBQs, etc. And they've been wonderful, the little sweethearts. It's going to get even better this week when the temps finally fall from the 80s/90s, FINALLY. Oh the crisp days of fall, when I get to dress them in layered outfits :-)

Someone just brought up Halloween - any clever ideas for either of them, the two together, or them with either/both of us? I feel like there could be something pretty cute there.

Update: Forgot to include the stats from their 9 month doctor visit. I forgot at the doc's office to get the after visit summary, so I don't have the percentiles; the doc is happy and everything is around the 40th or 50th percentile. (Notice a theme here, i.e., Alli forgets everything)

Freya: 28.25 in; 18 lb 1 oz
Signe: 28.25 in; 17 lb 11 oz

All by themseeeeelves. They DO wanna be all by themseeeeeelves.

Riding the Roddy at their twin friends' 1st birthday party. Unfortunate that they won't be able to have an outdoor party for their 1st birthday - pretty convenient for the food/cake cleanup situation, and entertaining lots of kids.

Getting herself stuck. They both like to crawl into sticky situations such as this. And they love the vents.

Mmm leaves on a stick

Is she really gonna eat that??

Ohhhh found an even bigger stick

Backwards hat coolness

Not satisfied with just her own water bottle

Tired after playing at the park

Having fun with Charles
